1. Email us at info@theraniva.com with your order ID.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
3. After inspection and approval, you will receive a replacement or store credit.
Returns for orders will only be accepted if:
1. You provide an unedited video recording taken at the time of opening the package, clearly showing the issue with the product.
2. This video must be sent to the store owner via the contact method provided on our website.
3. The return will only be processed after their approval.
Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock or defective and cannot be replaced.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
